This morning, in Abilene, Texass, it was around 25 degrees (F), with a nice coating of frost on the bike and everything else, so I chickened out. Especially with the looming threat of rain in the forecast. By the afternoon, the temp had risen to 60 or so, not a cloud in the sky; a gorgeous day. Every day, the weather idiots tell us there is a 20% chance of rain with sub-freezing temperatures, and Mother Nature goes and contradicts them. At least I'm fortunate to live on base, where I can get a lift home at lunch, and ride back to work!
Thinking Hawaii must be nice this time of year~
